Woke up to a snowy Summerville, with the news advising everyone to stay home. As a photographer who believes in the motto "F8andbethere," I knew I had to get out and capture this rare frosty Charleston, which happens only once every five years. I could have stayed home and let the day pass like any other, but that wouldn’t be much fun. Facing the cold weather, my Kia Forte was at the shop, but I had rented a reliable Audi Q5 Quattro, making it easy to navigate the icy roads of South Carolina.

WATERFRONT PARK

The Pineapple Fountain, beautifully situated in the heart of Downtown Charleston, stands as a cherished symbol of both History and Hospitality. This iconic landmark attracts both locals and visitors alike, as Charlestonians take delight in the joyous moments of frost that this charming city experiences during the cooler months.
